Foot Reflexology
Reflexology is a type of complimentary therapy that involves applying pressure to the feet or hands. Different areas on the feet, known as Reflex points, corresponding to specific organs of your body and bodily symptoms. Reflexology stimulates the body into healing itself, restoring its natural balance.
While Reflexologists do not claim to diagnose or cure any ailments, Reflexology is linked to a huge variety of potential benefits. Hand Reflexology
This is a hands-on body treatment that leaves clients feeling relaxed and renewed. Hand reflexology is an effective and deeply relaxing therapy. Hand reflexology is more accessible and convenient than foot reflexology for some clients.
Functional Reflexology
Reflexology is delivered using the Functional Reflex Therapy Framework. This therapy supports the mental health and wellbeing of children and adults with high levels of anxiety and stress, intellectual difficulties, neurological disorders and communication issues in a variety of settings.
Functional Reflex Therapy rainbow relaxation workshops prepares carers, parents and family members to deliver the FRT rainbow relaxation routine to use with their own family or people in their care.
Hot Stone Reflexology
Hot Stone Reflexology is a speciality treatment. The heat from the stones leads to deep relaxation and enables a therapist to work more deeply and quickly. This luxurious treatment has benefits which include:

I am available most days and evenings and all weekends. I am flexible and offer a mobile service if you live in the Chorley and South Ribble area. Many clients enjoy receiving reflexology in their own home. I also use a therapy room at my home in Chorley.
